The company’s registered office is Suite 4B, 43 Berkeley Square, London W1J 5FJ and its company registration number is 09460819. SAMAYA Ayurveda takes the protection of any information collected from you very seriously. Data is guarded using highly effective firewall technology that protects all payment details and personal information. You are welcome to contact us if you would like to view the personal data that we hold on file about you. The purpose of any such information is to improve your user experience on the SAMAYA website and to enable us to fulfil your order, including being able to provide effective customer service, accurate delivery, communicate information about existing and new product offerings and inform you about any relevant events and promotions. By signing up to our mailing list you grant SAMAYA Ayurveda Ltd permission to contact you with relevant information via email. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties, except that we may allow relevant parties who assist us in the delivery of our services, such as payment transactions and delivery and logistics, to access your personal data for the sole purpose of carrying out their respective functions. We may also be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to share your personal data and we reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

1.2 Cookie Policy

Our website uses cookies, as almost all websites do, to help provide you with the best possible user experience on our website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile phone when you browse websites. We do not use cookies to collect any personally identifiable information (without your express permission), pass data to advertising networks, pass personally identifiable data to third parties or pay sales commissions.

SAMAYA Ayurveda Ltd owns or has the license to all rights, including copyright, on this website. You are not permitted to edit, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose. You are also not permitted to store or copy any sections of this website or its contents, except for the purpose of your own personal use, unless we explicitly granted you such permission.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks and service marks, on our website are registered and unregistered marks of SAMAYA Ayurveda Ltd and/or our suppliers and are protected by UK and international trademark laws. With the exception of browsing our website for order placement purposes or for your personal use or as required by applicable law, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, editing, modifying, duplicating, using, selling, reselling, accessing or exploiting our intellectual property or that of our suppliers in any other way without previously securing our or their written permission.

1.6 Press and Blogger Articles

SAMAYA Ayurveda is in possession of the necessary license required to replicate the articles on our website. All the articles are reproduced here as they were originally printed and written by their original publishers. SAMAYA Ayurveda disclaims all responsibility for any endorsements in the Press or Blogger articles on this website.

1.7 Exclusion of Liabilities

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions are deemed to be unlawful or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1.8 Governing Law

This website and any usage thereof are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 


Delivery & Returns

The Delivery & Returns section forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Shipping Charges

We currently ship only to countries in the European Union and to the United States of America. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Shipping charges are as follows:

UK delivery Free Standard Delivery

Delivery to other EU countries £5.00 Standard Delivery

Delivery to the USA £10.00 Standard Delivery

2.2 Delivery Times

We process orders for delivery on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. If you place your order before 4pm we will dispatch it the same day. Otherwise the merchandise will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times vary by country. The following serves as a guide from the date of dispatch:

UK: We dispatch primarily via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days.

European Union (ex UK): We dispatch primarily via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days on average but for some countries it may take longer.

USA: We dispatch via the Royal Mail International Tracked World service. Delivery typically takes between 5-10 working days on average but in some cases it can take longer.

2.3 Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will notify you by email. We may decline your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we have identified a product or pricing error or (iii) we are unable to obtain payment authorisation. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order by you at any time. You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2.4 Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal as forms of payment. Payment will be debited at the point at which your order is accepted. The card issuer performs validation checks and authorisation. If your card issuer fails to authorise payment to SAMAYA Ayurveda Ltd, we will not process the order nor deliver the products. We retain legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you.

Our prices are all listed in British Pounds Sterling and VAT is included within our prices. We are not responsible for any transaction fees or foreign exchange fees charged by your bank or credit card supplier.

USA orders: Please note that currently no customs duty is payable on orders below US$800 as long as only a single order is placed by a single individual in a given day. SAMAYA Ayurveda Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees payable under any circumstances. Any customs duties payable are the responsibility of the importer (the purchaser).

2.5 Returns / Cancelation Rights

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange on the condition that you return to us all goods within 14 days of your receipt of the goods and that they are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. We take into account the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Only items purchased on samayaayurveda.com may be accepted for return or exchange by us.

2.6 Return and Refund Process

In case you decide to cancel your order or want to return the products, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the products via the link in the email confirmation you will have received upon delivery. Please complete all the necessary information relating to the products which are being returned and the reasons for the return. If you fail to notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

Once your email has been received by us you will be sent instructions via email for returning the products, including the relevant address to mail the products to. We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive the returned products we will issue you with a refund for the products promptly. We will only refund the original delivery charge and the return costs if the products are damaged on arrival or have been incorrectly delivered.
