Delivery Times
We process orders for delivery on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. If you place your order before 4pm we will dispatch it the same day. Otherwise the merchandise will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times vary by country. The following serves as a guide from the date of dispatch:
UK: We dispatch primarily via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days.
European Union (ex UK): We dispatch primarily via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days on average but for some countries it may take longer.
USA: We dispatch via the Royal Mail International Tracked World service. Delivery typically takes between 5-10 working days on average but in some cases it can take longer.
Returns / Cancellation Rights
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange on the condition that you return to us all goods within 14 days of your receipt of the goods and that they are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. We take into account the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Only items purchased on samayaayurveda.com may be accepted for return or exchange by us.
Return and Refund Process
In case you decide to cancel your order or want to return the products, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the products via the link in the email confirmation you will have received upon delivery. Please complete all the necessary information relating to the products which are being returned and the reasons for the return. If you fail to notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
Once your email has been received by us you will be sent instructions via email for returning the products, including the relevant address to mail the products to. We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive the returned products we will issue you with a refund for the products promptly. We will only refund the original delivery charge and the return costs if the products are damaged on arrival or have been incorrectly delivered.

I discovered SAMAYA in London in 2019 at Whole Foods Kensington. I noticed on a flier there that the founder was in the shop talking about her products that day. I was in need of a moisturiser so went along to meet her. She was very helpful and I liked the way the products were naturally produced. I bought the Vata moisturiser and Vata oil that day. That was the best thing as it was the oil that really made a difference to my dry and sensitive skin. I mix the oil with the cream for night time. I made the products last a long time by interspersing them with another moisturiser but I have to say the SAMAYA product is superior to my regular one. So I just ordered four of the creams and oils!
Tasmania is in the path of the “Roaring Forties” winds and the sun has a very high UV rating. The impact of these elements on my skin, alongside an outdoors lifestyle and much sunscreen, makes the skin sting and highly sensitive. Along with the challenge from the elements my skin is hypoallergenic and SAMAYA’s Vata moisturiser and oil actually soothe and settle the skin.

After months of online research and watching YouTube product reviews, the SAMAYA Ayurveda for Vata is exactly what I’d been searching for. At 52, my skin requires quite a lot of moisture, and before I tried SAMAYA at John Bell & Croyden, it had been difficult to find something the right “weight” going on, which smells lovely and calming, which lasts all day and which gives my face a wonderful, healthy glow every time I use it.
The packaging is perfect and hygienic. I use one pump of the Vata oil and spend a minute massaging it into my face, focusing under my eyes. I then apply one pump of the anti-ageing crème to my face and massage that on top of the oil. Voilà, smooth, soft and glowing skin which holds moisture all day. I repeat every night before bed. It take less than 2 minutes and I’ve more or less stopped using all concealer and powder on my face. I’ve also cast aside all the other products which used to sit on the basin. I simply don’t need anything else.
I love the fact that everything is sourced and made locally, that the ingredients are pure and that I’m supporting a small, female-owned business. Please don’t change a thing!

Your Vata oil has proved to be a wonderful gift to my 78 year old skin. I use it morning and night and when my skin is feeling especially dry, I also use it as a makeup remover. While I cannot say that I once again have my 30 year old photo op complexion, I can say that I am the envy of my peer group and my husband says that I don’t need to wear makeup to look great.
